拼格（Gridnest）隐私政策Gridnest Privacy Policy
一、应用与个人信息处理者
拼格（Gridnest）是一款在设备本地运行的宫格拼图编辑器，由包立开发。应用无需注册或登录，不提供开发者服务器上的用户账号、照片云存储或公开分享服务。
二、照片选择与权限
照片与视频：仅当您通过 HarmonyOS 系统照片选择器主动选择内容时，应用才会读取所选项目。预览、排版、缩放、旋转和拼图导出均在设备本地完成，照片内容不会上传到开发者服务器或发送给广告服务商。
写入相册（ohos.permission.WRITE_IMAGEVIDEO）：仅在您保存拼图时，用于将导出文件写入系统相册的 Pictures/Gridnest/ 目录。
震动（ohos.permission.VIBRATE）：仅在交换照片等交互中提供触感反馈。
网络（ohos.permission.INTERNET）：仅用于加载广告及相关 SDK 网络请求。
三、数据存储、留存与删除
选图过程中的缩略图和编辑状态保存在设备内存或应用私有数据中，用于完成当前编辑；退出或清除应用数据后会清理应用管理的数据。导出的拼图由系统相册管理，会一直保留到您在相册中删除；卸载应用不会自动删除已保存到相册的文件。开发者不在服务器保存您的照片或拼图。
四、第三方 SDK 与广告
应用集成华为鲸鸿动能 Ads Kit，用于展示横幅广告。根据设备和用户设置，SDK 可能处理开放匿名设备标识符（OAID）、应用和设备基本信息、网络信息、广告展示与互动数据及诊断信息，用于广告请求、展示、衡量和防欺诈。应用不会把照片内容提供给 Ads Kit。您可以在系统“设置 > 隐私 > 广告与隐私”中限制广告跟踪。华为相关处理请参阅华为消费者业务隐私声明。
五、未成年人保护
本应用不以未成年人为目标用户，不建立账号，也不主动收集未成年人的个人信息。监护人如发现相关情况，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
六、您的权利
您可以通过系统照片选择器控制照片选择，通过系统设置限制广告标识符，通过删除相册文件、清除应用数据或卸载应用删除相应数据。如需查询、更正、删除或咨询个人信息处理情况，请联系我们。

1. App and data controller
Gridnest is an on-device collage editor developed by Bao Li. It does not require an account or sign-in and does not provide developer-hosted accounts, cloud photo storage or public sharing.
2. Photo selection and permissions
Photos and videos: The app reads only items that you actively select through the HarmonyOS system photo picker. Preview, layout, scaling, rotation and export are processed locally on your device. Photo content is never uploaded to developer servers or sent to ad providers.
Gallery write (ohos.permission.WRITE_IMAGEVIDEO): Used only when you save a collage, to write the exported file to the system gallery under Pictures/Gridnest/.
Vibration (ohos.permission.VIBRATE): Used only for haptic feedback during interactions such as swapping photos.
Network (ohos.permission.INTERNET): Used only to load ads and make related SDK network requests.
3. Storage, retention and deletion
Thumbnails and editing state are kept in device memory or app-private storage while needed for editing. App-managed data is cleared when you clear app data or uninstall. Exported collages are managed by the system gallery and remain there until you delete them; uninstalling does not automatically delete gallery files. The developer does not store your photos or collages on a server.
4. Third-party SDK and advertising
The app integrates Huawei Ads Kit to display banner ads. Depending on device and user settings, the SDK may process the Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), basic app and device information, network information, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostics for ad requests, delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The app never provides photo content to Ads Kit. You can limit ad tracking in Settings > Privacy > Ads & Privacy. See the Huawei Consumer Business Privacy Statement.
5. Children
The app is not directed to children, has no account system and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Guardians may contact us using the email below.
6. Your rights
You control photo access through the system photo picker, can limit advertising identifiers in system settings, and can delete relevant data by deleting gallery files, clearing app data or uninstalling the app. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact us.
7. Changes and contact
